In 1993, the Company was appointed by Malahide Marina Village Ltd to define the appropriate mix of tourism facilities at a 300 berth residential and marine tourism complex in one of Ireland’s most attractive towns, and prepare plans for Marketing, Development and an application for European Regional Development funding.

The ‘Malahide Marina Project 1993’, examined the feasibility of, and made product recommendations on, the development of a major marina development, including international leisure centre, restaurant/bar, and associated facilities, in Malahide.
