Tourism Planners Tourism Development International have been appointed to undertake the feasibility study for this project which is being supported by “Bridge that Gap” and has recently received LEADER funding.
“Food is the new currency of Tourism” and Tourism Development International, over the period July-September 2019, will be conducting international research and research amongst the local community and South Galway tourism trade aimed at identifying the optimum approach towards developing an outstanding Oyster Experience for the benefit of the local community and visitors alike.
