Since 1991 Tourism Development International has acted as on-going advisers to Waterford Crystal regarding their Visitor Centre.

Our role during these years has been two dimensional, namely development planning and marketing representation. Having undertaken extensive market research on behalf of Waterford Crystal, Tourism Development International prepared a 5 Year Development Plan for the Visitor Centre based on our research findings and experience.

2009 - Waterford Crystal New Plan

In June Tourism Development International was commissioned to assist Waterford Crystal and Waterford City Council in examining how best Waterford Crystal might expand and develop its Visitor Centre and Factory Tour.

In this regard detailed recommendations regarding the future of the Waterford Crystal Visitor Centre were made by Tourism Development International. These recommendations are now being considered by Waterford Crystal in association with Waterford City Council.
